Inviting Coaches and Parents

Invite Team Members

Only the Head Coach can invite new members.

1. Navigate to Roster
2. Tap Manage Users or the invite icon
3. Select the role for the new member
4. Share the invite link via text, email, or any messaging app

Invite Link Behavior

• Invite links are specific to your team and role
• The invited person creates a Diamond Analytics account (or logs into an existing one) and is automatically added to your team with the correct role
• Links expire after 7 days — generate a new one if needed

Recommended Setup for Scorekeeping

For a parent volunteer who will log data during games:

1. Invite them as Scorekeeper
2. Share the voice logging quick reference card (found in the Voice Logger help tab)
3. Have them install the app on their phone before game day
4. Walk them through one practice session before relying on them for a game
